REVIEWS FROM OUR CLIENTS

“We have been using Milwaukee Alarm for our security since 2000 and have found their service to be very reliable. In the past 10+ years, our system has been expanded to include security monitoring, access control, and fire monitoring. I like that Milwaukee Alarm monitors from a local location instead of out of state, so response time and communication is fast. Being a local company, they are more involved with their customers and can better respond to issues that arise. They have been quick to respond to any equipment issues we’ve had and find cost-effective solutions to keep my system up to date with the latest technology.”

Currently, MAC has installed global access, intrusion/burglar alarm and CCTV system in 25 health centers spanning the state of Wisconsin. The system works flawlessly. I have been impressed with not only the professionalism of my MAC sales representative but also the service manager and the installation technicians alike. There has never been an issue that has not been resolved within a reasonable amount of time and the quality of the work is impeccable. I am a firm believer in fair prices and MAC will offer you that before during and after your installation. The follow-up, the leadership and their dedication to quality make MAC stand head and shoulders above others in the industry. I have worked with several other security equipment organizations in the past but my path continually leads me back to MAC. REVIEWS FROM OUR CLIENTS

“Several years ago we switched over our security system from a big name nationwide provider to MAC. This has proven to be one of the best business decisions that we make to ensure that our building was safe and secure. Before we made the switch we had several security issues with our alarm system that the previous company just could not seem to fix and there is nothing worse than experiencing false alarm, after false alarm… We hired Milwaukee Alarm to help us at our previous facility and our problems have been solved and security is restored. The folks at Milwaukee alarm have proven to be our business partners not just a vendor of a security system and that is why without hesitation we hired MAC to install and monitor our new building.”
